Zoom is an easy to use, secure application that facilitates meetings of two or more people. It is useful for all kinds of virtual meetings such as business team meetings, family get-togethers, and teaching classes. Simply download the app for free to whichever device you would like to use, then follow the link that was sent by the meeting host. The host will provide a password and/or employ a waiting room and will let you into the meeting. Select the view you would like, usually gallery, so that you can see everybody, and adjust your microphone as the host requests. Often it is best to use the mute setting until it is your turn to speak, especially with large groups.
